WILMINGTON, DE – Today, Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester (DE-AL), member of the House Committee on Agriculture, hosted a roundtable discussion at Henrietta Johnson Medical Center with state, nonprofit, and faith leaders. The discussion provided community stakeholders an opportunity to share the challenges they face in providing nutrition services and how changes to the upcoming Farm Bill may impact their ability to deliver those services. Below is a list of organizations that Congresswoman Blunt Rochester has consulted.

It negatively impacts our children’s ability to learn, our health care system, and our community safety, which is why we must continue supporting the good work of organizations that are on the frontline of this daily struggle,” said Congresswoman Blunt Rochester. “As the first Delawarean to serve on the House Agriculture Committee in over 120 years, one of my top priorities is ensuring that the First State has a seat at the table and that everyone in our community has a voice in the Farm Bill process.
