Blunt Rochester Hosts Tax Filing Information Session with the IRS and Delaware Taxpayer Advocate

WASHINGTON - Today, Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-Del.) hosted a tax filing information session with special guests Yvette Brooks-Williams from the IRS and Wendy Figueroa from the Delaware Taxpayer Advocate. The tax filing season started on Monday, January 24, and ends on Monday, April 18. Blunt Rochester collected questions from Delawareans about their concerns including last year’s Economic Impact payment, the Advanced Child Tax Credit, the Earned Income Tax Credit, Unemployment Insurance, past tax returns, and more.
